- Course Unavailability: If the course is canceled by us or is no longer available, the customer has the right to request a full refund or choose an alternative course of the same value.
3. Refund Request Procedure:
- The refund request must be submitted within a maximum of 7 days from the payment date.
- The customer must provide payment details, such as transaction number and payment proof, when submitting the request.
- The request must be sent through the official customer service email or via the contact form on our website.
- All refund requests will be reviewed individually, and requests that do not meet the conditions mentioned will not be accepted.
4. Processing and Timeline:
- After receiving the refund request, it will be reviewed within 3-5 business days.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-14 business days.
- The refund will be made to the original payment method used during the purchase, and it cannot be transferred to another payment method.
- The website will not bear any bank fees or other costs resulting from the refund process.
5. Exceptions:
- Refund requests will not be considered after the specified period has expired.
- The customer is not entitled to request a refund if a significant portion of the course has been completed.
- Refund requests based on user dissatisfaction with the content will not be accepted, as all necessary information about the courses is provided beforehand.
- Payments made for promotional offers or seasonal discounts cannot be refunded, as these offers are non-refundable.
